Description
TR-YJ-35 is made by mixture, plasticization and granulation with the low-density polyethylene as basic resin and the addition ofwater tree inhibitors, ageing inhibitor, compatibilizer and other additives. It does not contain heavy metals and other harmful substances, has excellent water tree retardant, mechanical properties, electrical properties and wide processing temperature characteristics. TR-YJ-35 is intended for insulation of XLPE medium voltage (MV) AC cables with rated voltages up to 35kV. It has passed the product qualification test by power industry standard of DL/T 1070-2007 {Qualification test methods and requirements for tree retardant performance of medium voltage XLPE power cables}.
Specifications
TR-YJ-35 has a wide range of processing techniques, it is recommended to use a process of 100 to 120 ºC Temperature to get the best processing effect. TR-YJ-35 is expected to meet the applicable requirements included in the below mentioned standards provided it is processed using sound material handling, extrusion and crosslinking practices as well as appropriate testing procedures.
