Product Description
SW-500 double twist bunching machine
SW-500 double twist bunching machine is suitable for twisting 5# cables and twisting copper wires with more than seven strands.
The range of wire diameters: core wire ф0.2-ф2MM, copper wire ф 0.10MM - ф 0.45MM, stranding pitch4.46MM - 101.76MM
The main motor adopts bearing-type traversing, the amplitude and pitch are adjustable, the main motor is controlled by 3.7KW+ inverter, and the maximum number of revolutions is about 2600RPM.
Brake adopts electromagnetic brake, automatic brake when wire is broken, and the tension of wire take-up is controlled by mechanical friction control.
1.Machine Composition
Motor control: It is controlled by the frequency converter stepless speed regulation, which can be adjusted arbitrarily between zero and the maximum speed, and the tachometer displays the current working speed.
Automatic stop: At the same time, it has the functions of automatic stop after the winding is full, automatic brakes for internal and external disconnect automatic brakes for abnormal alarms such as upper cover, front door, top shafi, pallet, ete.
Electrical control: The electrical control design is scientific, reasonable, sensitive in response, accurate in action and convenient in operation.
