Much more technologies and experiences concerning heat recirculation and catalyst combustion, means Shanghai SWAN Wire Engineering can control VOC emissions less than national standard by enough effective methods.
Main catalyst is imported from Germany, ultra-high conversion efficiency, temperature up to 800ºC;Exhaust gas treating catalyst is standard configuration. Effective from 320ºC, do not need any auxiliary heating, reducing carbon and hydrogen content in the exhaust gas.
NOX treatment system is optional, by that we achieve the true meaning of zero pollution.

Heat dissipation by radiation has been decreased by modifications of heat insulations. Brief Instructions
1. HTZ low power consumption and zero pollution series of horizontal high speed wire enamelling machine with inline drawing is designed based upon energy saving, environmental protection and high efficiency, DV value:130 to 180, maximum triple coat.
2. HTZ series get a half power consumption only as traditional design, due to advantage of high catalyst combustion efficiency.
3. HTZ series realize a truly zero pollution of exhaust, via a sufficient combustion and with secondly catalyst for complete decontamination.
