TH4000 annealing machine is based on the principle of contact short circuit annealing.
The annealing power source is DC, which is suitable for annealing softening of copper wires.
The annealing machine consists of a conductive system, an oxidation protection system, a cooling system, a drying system, and an electrical system.
The oxidation protection method adopts steam protection (a steam generator is attached to the device);the cooling and lubrication adopts the dilute concentration drawing fluid circulation. Generally, a pool or an external heat exchanger is required for cooling (the external heat exchanger and cooling tower are provided by the user);the drying system uses compressed air and a mold to dry.
The cooling water source and compressed air used are provided by the user. The thyristor of the annealing electrical control part adopts the air cooling method.
We adopt DC annealing method. Compared with AC annealing, the cable after annealing has better effect. Because alternating current has periodic fluctuations, cables cannot be completely annealed.
