Product Description

Our extruder is driven by Siemens AC frequency-conversion motor and controlled by ABB frequency-conversion speed control device, and RKC microcomputer touch type temperature controller (set by PID) with the accuracy of ±2ºC.
The body of extruder adopts electrical heating and wind cooling by solid state relays, Max heating temperature of extruder barrel is 300ºC. The screw is BM type in order to adapt the internal material processing. The material for screw and barrel is 38CrMoALA with nitridation treatment which is corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant. The surface hardness is ≥HV850 and the nitridation depth is 0.5-0.7mm. The hard tooth face reducer is used for gearbox. The body of gearbox is made of Ductile Iron and Material for gear is 20CrMnTi with nitridation treatment. Transmission shaft uses 40Cr material; the head adopts new three-plate type half clamping which is convenient and reliable.
