2.Technical features

1.Continuous pay‐off: With copper bobbins on both left and right sides of the pay-off cart 
taking turns to replace and pay-off, power driven ring will throw the copper away from the bobbin, which 
beneficial for high speed insulation extrusion to continuously pay-off. It also reduces joints and frequency 
stopping machine, improves productivity efficiency.

2.Steady pay-off tension: Electromagnetic dual wheels tension controller, put a certain tension on the core
 wire with no tension thrown from the barrel, which set by the voltage value of the magnetic powder,
 leading to a stable tension.

3.Safety protection: Alarm and shutdown in case of overload/default phase/position uncorrect, etc. ensure the 
machine durable and wear‐proof.
